Cellebrite Launches Industry’s First Remote Data Collection Solution
Cellebrite announced its new remote mobile The data collection solution for portable devices and computer systems.
Integrated with Cellebrite’s Endpoint Inspector, the new solution streamlines business investigations, e-discovery and incident response. It can recover data from ios and Android mobile devices and running computers the Windows and macOS.
“We focused on simplifying the employee experience when collecting data and deployed our domain expertise to design Endpoint Inspector to automate the complexity of the collection process and minimizing business interruptions, ”said Ken Basore, general manager of enterprise solutions at Cellebrite.
Basore continued, “In companies that deploy Endpoint Inspector, employees no longer need to hand over their device or spend hours with internal support staff going through complex procedures. We are excited to be able to bring this value to our corporate clients in life sciences, banking, insurance and other industries.
Commenting on the reach, Cellebrite said its remote solution could collect evidence from devices inside or outside an organization’s computer network. This capability complements the company’s Endpoint Intelligence solution, which integrates data from disparate sources to provide a 360-degree view of employee communications.
Additionally, a Smart Collections feature within Cellebrite’s remote data collection solution ensures that only relevant data is collected on any device. Data collection takes place with the explicit consent of employees and an audit record is automatically generated upon confirmation.
