Highway 55 Selects PAR Technology’s Data Central® for Enterprise-Scale Data Management

NEW HARTFORD, NY–(BUSINESS WIRE)–ParTech, Inc. (PAR), a global restaurant technology company building a unified commerce cloud platform for corporate restaurants, today announced that its Data Central restaurant management and back-office solution has been selected by the QSR chain Hwy 55 to bring Data Central restaurant capabilities to its more than 130 business and franchise locations, which already use PAR’s Brink POS®. ParTech, Inc., is a wholly owned subsidiary of PAR Technology Corporation (NYSE: PAR).

Data Central and Highway 55

As part of a new technology initiative, Hwy 55 was looking for a partner to help them standardize and consolidate data feeds across all corporate and franchise locations, as well as provide a additional flexibility to adapt to the growth of the organization. To that end, PAR Technology’s data powerhouse and point-of-sale independent design suited their needs perfectly.

“We needed a data management platform that could effectively consolidate store-to-store data entries in order to focus on growing our brand,” said Andy Moore, chief commercial officer of the 55 freeway. “Data Central does all of this in addition to controlling food costs and streamlining back-office administration.

“Whenever PAR can integrate and simplify the technology stack of a growing restaurant brand, we give it back the power – the power to make bold operational changes in challenging times,” added Savneet Singh, CEO of BY Technology. “Highway 55 wastes none of that power, and we at PAR look forward to deploying Data Central to all of the restaurants on Highway 55 and helping them achieve their expansion goals.”
